Delivery Time
In-stock items: Orders will be dispatched within 4-7 working days after the order is placed.

Important Notes:
Free Delivery Scope: Free delivery (for eligible orders) covers commercial addresses, SF Stores, residential addresses, and SF Lockers. It does not include any additional surcharges such as remote area surcharges.
Residential and Remote Area Surcharges: SF Express may charge additional surcharges when delivering to residential addresses or remote areas. These fees are collected by SF Express directly; the Company is not responsible for these charges. For details, please consult SF Express. For a list of SF remote areas, please refer to: SF Express Remote Area List.
Tracking: Once the product is dispatched, you can check the status of your shipment on the SF Express website using the tracking number: SF Express Tracking. If your package is sent to an SF Store, you will receive an SMS notification upon its arrival for pickup.
Delivery Timeframes: Delivery times vary by region. Generally, delivery to commercial areas takes 1-2 working days. Non-commercial or remote areas may require additional working days. As delivery services are handled by a third party, the Company shall not be held liable for any losses caused by delivery delays.
Combined Shipping: If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will wait for all items to arrive before shipping them together. If you require separate shipments, please contact our customer service (additional shipping fees may apply).
Customs Documentation: Customers from Taiwan and Mainland China must provide identification documents for customs declaration purposes as required by carriers (SF Express / Unitop).
